Who qualifies

Priority is given based on the following tiers: 1. First preference: Students studying in Quebec or whose home community is in Quebec, enrolled in finance programs. 2. Second preference: Students studying in Quebec or whose home community is in Quebec, enrolled in any program. 3. Third preference: Students studying in or whose home community is in any province, enrolled in finance programs. 4. Fourth preference: Any other eligible student.
