About this award

You can receive a $1,500 bursary. There are 2 of these awards available. As a bursary, this money is yours to keep — there is nothing to repay. This is for you if you are starting your journey in information technology or computer science and want to offset your first-year costs. You must apply between September 1 and October 15. When you apply, ask Manitoba Hydro how and when you'll hear back — email, portal, or phone. Winners are chosen based on your academic performance, your home community, your financial need, and your community involvement.
