Who qualifies

You must have any Indigenous affiliation and show that you have a financial need for funding. You can be enrolled in post-secondary education, technical training, or development programs. Priority is given to students from communities in Teck's Indigenous communities of interest. If no one from those communities qualifies in a given year, students living in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Newfoundland, and the Yukon will be considered. Preference is given to students in the following programs: - Business - Earth sciences - Environmental studies - Engineering (specifically materials, process, mechanical, chemical, and electrical) - Specific trades: heavy duty mechanic, electrician, welder, and instrumentation technician
