You will receive a one-time $5,000 scholarship that you can use for any school-related expenses, such as tuition, food, travel, or housing. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. Along with the money, you will complete a work term at one of the Canadian offices of Deloitte Canada. This is for you if you identify as a person with a disability or as neurodivergent, including those with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), or dyslexia. You must submit your application through the online portal by 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 26, 2026. If you are selected, the recruiting team will contact you in early to mid-May 2026 to arrange an interview. Winners are chosen through a multi-step process. After the initial application, you will undergo a behavioural interview and potentially a case-based assessment or an online test, depending on the business area. You will also meet with two team members from the business before receiving a verbal offer and a written contract. Deloitte Canada will send the scholarship to you in one installment before your work term begins. To get your funds, you will need to provide a signed offer letter, photo ID, proof of residence, a voided cheque or direct deposit slip, and completed provincial and federal tax forms. This is a one-time $5,000 scholarship.
You must be eligible to work in Canada and currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in Canada, whether you are studying full-time or part-time. You must be completing a diploma, undergraduate, or graduate program and graduating in 2028 or beyond. You must also be interested in completing a work term at Deloitte Canada in Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027. For this specific award, you must identify as a person with a disability and/or as neurodivergent, which includes any physical, mental, intellectual, cognitive, learning, communication, or sensory impairment, or a functional limitation, whether permanent, temporary, or episodic.
