You qualify for PEI Student Financial Services aid if you (1) are a Prince Edward Island resident under provincial residency rules; (2) are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person; (3) are enrolled (or accepted for enrolment) at a designated post-secondary institution — PEI or elsewhere in Canada; (4) meet the assessed-need threshold (for the loan portion) or specific eligibility criteria (for companion programs). The George Coles Bursary specifically requires PEI residency + enrolment at UPEI / Holland / Collège de l'Île; it's automatic for eligible students. The Marion L.
