About this award

You will receive $394.00. As a prize, this money is yours to keep and you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are a leader on campus who has dedicated your time to improving the welfare of the university through student activities. You must apply by March 31, 2027. When you apply, ask Lakehead University how and when you will hear back — whether it is through email, the portal, or a phone call. Winners are selected by a group consisting of their fellows, the faculty, and the administration. Selection criteria aren't published — ask Lakehead University how many applicants they typically receive so you can judge your odds. Who qualifies

You are eligible if you have shown outstanding citizenship and contributed significantly to the welfare of the university through student activities. Current members of the Lakehead University Student Union, as well as the President, Vice-President of Operations and Finance, Vice-President of Advocacy, and Vice-President of Orillia, are also eligible for nomination.
