The scholarship is worth $12,000 and can be renewed twice. This is for you if you are an exceptionally gifted string player entering a Performance program at the Schulich School of Music. Who qualifies

You are considered if you are an exceptionally gifted string player newly admitted to a Performance program at McGill's Schulich School of Music. Newly admitted Bachelor of Music (B.Mus. — an undergraduate degree in music) and Licentiate in Music (L.Mus. — a professional diploma in music) students are considered automatically. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back.
