About this award

You can receive up to $20,000 per year in aid and award funding to help cover your tuition, compulsory fees, books, equipment, and living costs. This is a grant, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. It is renewable for up to 4 years and also comes with one McMaster University work experience. This is for you if you belong to an equity deserving group in Ontario's Greater Golden Horseshoe area and can show that you have a financial need for support. Apply on AwardSpring by February 19, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). McMaster expects to announce Access Award decisions in mid-May, and only applicants who are selected are notified.
