It is awarded on financial need and academic merit, with preference given to a Woodsworth College student. Who qualifies

You must be a domestic student, which the University of Toronto (Rotman Commerce) defines as a Canadian citizen, an Indigenous person recognized as First Nations (status or non-status), Métis or Inuit, a permanent resident, a protected person (convention refugee), or someone approved "in-principle" for permanent resident status in Canada. You must also show financial need, have academic merit, and be admitted into the Rotman Commerce admission category. A preference is given to a Woodsworth College student.
