You get $500.00 as payment. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are a skilled apprentice technician working in the specific region of Saskatchewan served by Young's Equipment Inc. You must apply by June 15, 2027. When you apply, ask Saskatchewan Polytechnic how and when you'll hear back — whether it is by email, the portal, or phone. Selection is based entirely on your grade point average from the Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprenticeship Level 3 (which counts for 100% of the score). There is only 1 award available, so ask Saskatchewan Polytechnic how many applicants they typically receive to judge your odds. To qualify, you must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident. You must be enrolled full-time and have completed the Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprenticeship program, Level 3 in the academic year the scholarship is awarded. Additionally, you must be currently employed in the Young’s Equipment Inc. trading area, which is defined as starting at the community of Davidson, Saskatchewan and ending at the southern border of Saskatchewan.
