About this award

You can receive $36,000 in total, which is paid as $9,000 per year over four years. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you have a strong record of academic success, leadership, and meaningful contributions to your school and community life. You must complete your application for admission by December 1 and submit your online scholarship application by December 15. You will hear back via email between January and late February; only those selected for an award will be notified. Selection is based on your academics, leadership, and community involvement. Six of these scholarships are offered. Ask University of Saskatchewan — Edwards School of Business during your application how the money will reach you — some awards pay students directly, others apply funds to tuition. Confirm this so you can plan your cash flow. To keep it after first year, you must enrol in and complete at least 24 credit units and keep an 80% average on all courses you took in the previous Regular Session.

Who qualifies

You must be an entering student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan's Edwards School of Business. To be considered, you must complete your admission application by December 1 and submit the Best and Brightest Scholarships application by December 15.
