Who qualifies

Preference is given to the student who received the Fillmore Construction Management Inc. Leadership Award I. If the previous winner of Award I does not re-enroll or maintain the 75% average, the award is open to any second-year student in the program who meets the 75% first-year average and shows strong leadership and community contribution.
