About this award

You get $2,500.00. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are pursuing a career in technical infrastructure or digital security and have maintained a high academic average. The application deadline is February 12, 2027. Since you are automatically considered, you will not receive a separate notification to apply, but you should check your NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) awards portal for updates on your status. You are automatically considered for this award based on your academic record. Selection criteria aren't published — ask NAIT how they define excellent academic achievement and how many students typically receive this award. Ask NAIT during your application process how the money will reach you — some awards pay students directly, others apply funds to tuition. Confirm this so you can plan your cash flow. Renewal conditions aren't listed — if you're counting on this for multiple years, confirm with NAIT whether it's one-time or renewable and what you need to maintain.
