About this award

You can receive a scholarship ranging from $100 to $48,000. As these are scholarships, not loans, you do not have to pay this money back. This is for you if you are an undergraduate student starting your journey at the University of Winnipeg for the first time. You must apply by March 1 of each year; the application for 2027-28 entrance awards opens in November 2026. International Graduate, Collegiate, or PACE (Professional, Applied and Continuing Education) students may apply for a separate award, the President's Scholarship for World Leaders.
