About this award

You get $3,205. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are an outstanding high school graduate who is starting your studies at the University of Winnipeg. You must apply by March 1, 2027. When you apply, ask the University of Winnipeg how and when you'll hear back — whether it is by email, a portal, or phone. Ask University of Winnipeg how many students usually apply, so you can judge your odds. Ask University of Winnipeg during your application how the money will reach you — some awards pay students directly, others apply funds to tuition. Confirm this so you can plan your cash flow. Renewal conditions aren't listed — if you're counting on this for multiple years, confirm with University of Winnipeg whether it's one-time or renewable and what you need to maintain.
