About this award

You get $4,219.00 as a scholarship. This is a grant, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are a student with good academic standing who is starting your studies at the University of Winnipeg. You must apply by March 1, 2027. When you apply, ask how and when you'll hear back — email, portal, or phone. You will be automatically considered based on your completed General Application. Ask University of Winnipeg how many students usually apply, so you can judge your odds. Ask University of Winnipeg during your application how the money will reach you — some awards pay students directly, others apply funds to tuition. Confirm this so you can plan your cash flow. Renewal conditions aren't listed — if you're counting on this for multiple years, confirm with University of Winnipeg whether it's one-time or renewable and what you need to maintain.
