About this award

You can receive a $10,000 bursary. There are 8 of these awards for 2026-27. As a bursary, this money is yours to keep — there is nothing to repay. This is for you if you are a student whose ability to continue your studies has been jeopardized because you were significantly impacted by a global conflict. Applications for 2026-27 opened August 1 and close January 15, 2027. No specific notification date is posted publicly — when you apply, ask how and when you'll hear back via email, portal, or phone. Who qualifies
