About this award

You can receive $1,494. As a scholarship, this money is yours to keep and you do not have to pay it back. There are three of these awards available. This is for you if you are an outstanding high school graduate starting your first year of university. You must apply by March 1, 2027. When you apply, ask the University of Winnipeg how and when you will hear back — whether by email, the portal, or phone. Ask University of Winnipeg how many students usually apply, so you can judge your odds. Ask University of Winnipeg during your application how the money will reach you — some awards pay students directly, others apply funds to tuition. Confirm this so you can plan your cash flow. Renewal conditions aren't listed — if you're counting on this for multiple years, confirm with University of Winnipeg whether it's one-time or renewable and what you need to maintain.
