About this award
You receive $3,500 per term for the first six terms of your program. This is a scholarship, not a loan, so you do not have to pay it back. This is for you if you are a graduating high school student from the Fredericton area who is starting a degree in engineering. You must apply by March 31. When you apply, ask Fredericton Community Foundation how and when you will hear back — whether by email, phone, or a portal. The Washburn Scholarship Committee chooses the winners.
